Participating in any digital-asset ecosystem carries real risks. This disclosure highlights the main ones so you are not surprised. Please read it, and review the current official MoveQuest architecture and resources, before you decide.

Values can fluctuate

Digital assets such as MQT and AVAX can fluctuate in value and may lose value. No income, profit, reward quantity, token value, liquidity, availability or future result is guaranteed. Past results do not predict future ones.

What "free" really means here

When we say eligible Phantom miners can be started without an upfront miner purchase, "free" refers only to that upfront miner purchase. Gas, PoPA, exchange, withdrawal, tax, device, data or other costs may still apply.

Network and fee changes

Network/gas fees and program fees can change at any time and are set by the relevant network and providers. They are not under Community Miners' control.

Blockchain transactions

Blockchain transactions may be public, irreversible, delayed, or fail. If an address or network is entered incorrectly, funds may be sent somewhere they cannot be recovered.

Your keys, devices and security

You control your own wallet and keys. Seed phrases and private keys are the only way to access some funds, and lost credentials may be unrecoverable. Be alert to phishing, scams and social-engineering attempts, and never share your secrets.

Technology risks

These apply in various ways to this and any similar ecosystem:

• Smart-contract, app, wallet and exchange risks
• Avalanche and other blockchain or external-chain risks
• Bridges and validators
• Software bugs, cyberattacks and outages

Official architecture status

The official MoveQuest architecture currently notes contract, app and external-dependency risks, and states that some audit and bug-bounty details are still forthcoming. We are describing that status carefully and not claiming a completed audit.

Always check the current official architecture page for the latest status before participating.

Program and rule changes

Phantom miners, Proof of Physical Activity (PoPA), hatcheries, dock positions, QCHIPs, health-source requirements and other program rules and availability can change or be discontinued at any time. Nothing here promises they will remain as described today.

Health and activity data

Connecting a health/activity source involves sharing activity data with that source and with MoveQuest if you choose to connect. You control the permissions you grant. Please review the Apple, Google and MoveQuest policies that apply. Community Miners does not provide medical advice.

Regulatory and tax treatment

Digital-asset regulation and tax treatment can change and vary by location. You should seek qualified advice for your own situation.

Third parties and referrals

Community Miners does not guarantee or control MoveQuest, Crypto.com, wallets, exchanges, Zoom, Jotform, YouTube or any other external service you may use. Their reliability, decisions, fees and practices are their own.

No custody — protect yourself

Community Miners never takes custody of funds and never asks you to send crypto to it. No legitimate onboarding involves sending assets to us.

Be a careful participant

• Do your own research
• Verify with official sources
• Use only amounts you can afford to lose or spend on fees
• Review every transaction before confirming
• Keep good wallet and device security
• Never share your secrets
• Ask official support when a question is platform-specific
